Both questions are correct and it only depends
on who you talk to.
"Wie geht es Ihnen?" is the formal version. "Wie geht es Dir?"
is casual and used with people you usually address with "Du"
(friends and family).

Let me correct one little mistake:
"Vielen Dank! Und Sie? Wie geht es Ihnen ?" should be "Vielen Dank! Und Ihnen? Wie geht es Ihnen?"
In both sentences you need the dative form "Ihnen".
