Eric: Here's the way to say 'I don't have a car.' in German.
Albert: [Normal] Ich habe kein Auto.
Eric: First is the word meaning 'I'
Albert: [Normal] Ich [Slow] Ich
Eric: Next comes the word meaning 'to have'
Albert: [Normal] habe [Slow] habe
Eric: Then we have the word for 'no'
Albert: [Normal] kein [Slow] kein
Eric: And lastly comes the word meaning 'car'
Albert: [Normal] Auto [Slow] Auto
Eric: Listen again to the phrase meaning 'I don't have a car.'

Cultural Insight
Eric: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Albert: If you want to answer negatively but don’t want to be too direct, you can add the word sehr after the nicht. It literally means “very,” but we use it to mean the same thing as "really"
So if you want to say "I don't really like this car", it will be Ich mag dieses Auto nicht sehr.
