translated as "Verwende/Verwendet die Macht". "Kraft" is not a good

Thank you for the Star Wars vocabulary! However, I'm a little confused. In English we use Force for both but in German Macht in one place; Kraft in another. Please explain the rational behind using Force in one sentence and Macht in the other sentence.

In German you would say "Ich spüre eine große Erschütterung der Macht".
How does one say: "I sense a disturbance in the force" ?
in German you say: Möge die Macht mit dir sein! :smile:
