Hallo Tejashree,

Danke für den Kommentar!

Das ist toll! Das klingt nach einem sehr aktiven Wochenende! (That sounds like a very active weekend!)

One little correction: “Ich steige einen Hügel hinauf”.

Vielen Dank!

Am Wochenende fahre ich Rad mindestens 10 Kilometer und ich steige einen Hügel auch. Das macht mir viel Spaß! 😄

Hi everyone, thanks for your comments!

@Jamous - Fernsehen ist nett!

@Leandra - Sorry it’s confusing! And we try to have the German sound natural and not text book style. I hope you’re still able to enjoy it!

@Roger - Hi! You would say “Ich arbeite immer am Wochenende.” I hope this helps!

@Jim - Acutally, this sounds like “hunting” the women… and not in a good way😉 You could say “Am Wochenende suche ich ein Date” or something like that… (”on weekends I am looking for a date”)

@Dale - Sounds like a lot of fishing! A small correction, it should be: “Wirklich, ich angle an jedem Tag, der auf -tag endet.”

Regards,
Katrin

Ich fische am Wochenende. Wirklich, angle ich an jedem Tag, der mit ,,Tag” beendet. I fish on the weekend. Actually, I fish on any day that ends in “day”.

I love getting these word lists as a newbie but I do not like the variety of ways the words are spoken. It is confusing. Sometimes it even sounds like parts of a word are left off and if I heard the sentences without being able to read, too, then I’d be lost.
