In full it would be “Ich kann sogar den Zungenbrecher sagen…” but you leave out Zungenbrecher to shorten it but you still have to use “den” so you can pretend the Zungenbrecher is in there.
About is mit in this context.It probably has something to do with the Dativ but I am not sure about that)
