When was YOUR last picknick? What was it like?
We were celebrating the birthday of one of us. Due to problems locating certain foods in China, our picknick food was rather strange (cold noodles, anyone?), but we did manage to get a birthday cake.
Mine was in the Summer Palace park in Beijing, China, on an island that we illegally docked to

sometimes you also use frau (written with a small f) when you use man because man sounds like Mann and to emphasizes on the female population one uses frau as contrast. You see that in the mass media sometimes when talking about gender differences.
I.e making funny remarks.
Man weiß es, frau weiß es besser. (one knows, but woman knows better).
