It’s time for another episode about Germany’s beautiful South. Today we’ll cover the city of Constance, situated at Lake Constance. This is one of not too many German cities whose oldtown remained mostly intact after the second world war; a great place to enjoy the Fachwerkhäuser and old architecture. Ready to take a trip?

Today’s date is written as 08.08.08 in German. For this reason, a lot of people will get married today, even though the hectic at the civil marriage office should be very un-romantic. Can you imagine a really romantic spot to get married?
