What are your experiences with service in Germany or elsewhere?

Regarding Kellnerin’s sentence in the pdf, she has “und der Cocktail Hawaii war für dich” as Formal, and “und der Cocktail Hawaii war für Sie” as Informal, is this correct?
Danke

It’s very easy ! Bad service means no tip !
How do things stand in Germany ? Are waiters paid fixed wages, and service included in the price of food and drinks, or do they only get paid by tips ? And how much are you supposed to tip ?

I think there are some mistakes, at least for me the line-by-line audio Transcript plays the “Wo bleibt eigentlich meine Apfelschorle?” audio for all these lines:
Formal German: Michael: Nein, bis jetzt war er immer gut…
Formal German: Lena: Ist die Kellnerin lahm oder was??
Formal German: Michael: Ähmm, Frau Wagner…
Formal German: Kellnerin: So, hier ist die Apfelschorle, und der Cocktail Hawaii war für dich, oder?
Formal English: Michael: Ehmm, Mrs Wagner…

Is there another place where I can post mistakes? I do not want to spam the forum
. Here are 2 more:
In the “Expansion with Audio” section, the sample sentences for “oder” do not actually contain “oder”.
In the Lesson notes PDF, the line “Die Kellnerin ist wirklich lahm. The waitress is really lame.” is doubled.

I have always had great service in Germany so I’m surprised to read about ‘Servicewüste’…it is better than the UK
There is something I do not understand in this dialog. It is the line:
‘Wo bleibt eigentlich meine Apfelschorle?’.
I thought the verb bleiben meant ‘to stay’ so the above sentence translates as:
‘Where stay exactly my apple spritzer?’. That seems odd to me?
Why is it not…..’Where IS my apple spritzer?’ oder ‘Wo ist eigentlich meine Apfelschorle?’
Loving the lessons

Hi!
is this forum alive or even checked? I’ve also spotted the two mistakes in the “Expansion with Audio” section and they are still not corrected!
