HI
where do i find on the germanpod101 website a page that shows all the forms of the irregular verb helfen. i would like to review the ways it changes in respect to first, second and third person and when pertaining to a group situation also. this is not expanded upon in the lesson.

Thank you for your response

hallo,Ich haiBe Abed, und Ich wohne in Palestina.
thank you for your great efforts in making these lessons, they are very amazing and very useful, and I recognize that this website is the best in teaching German.
my question is in the previous lesson Chuck said (dem),but he didn't explain where it came from,I knew that it means (the) but we learnt that the means (die, der,or das),but I want to know where did (dem) come from.
the second question is in this lesson Lena said (zum) which I knew that it means (to the) and I want to know where did it also come from, because we learnt in a previous lesson that (to the) means (ins) like in (ins Kino)--> (to the movie,or into the cinema) so what is the difference.
I wish that you reply as soon as possible, and keep going like that.
